Questions, answered
Do customers need an app?
No. A tap with an NFC-enabled phone opens your link, and PVC tags can also be scanned as a QR code. Only you, the owner, sign in to Taqrio to manage the link.
Which phones work?
iPhone XS and later and most Android phones with NFC read the tag with a tap. Older phones can scan the QR code on PVC tags.
Can I change where my tag leads?
Yes. Update the destination in Taqrio and the same tag opens the new page. Nothing needs to be rewritten or reprinted.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea. Orders leave within 3–5 business days and usually arrive 15–30 business days later.
